1 Scope
This standard specifies two methods of analyzing chemical resistance of glass fiber.
--- Method A. the mass loss rate method;
--- Method B. Method of mass loss per unit surface area.

3 General
3.1 Reagent water
This standard reagents used were of analytical grade and above, are in line with GB/T 6682 and two water above water requirements.
3.2 the number of trials
By the same operator in the same test measured less than 2 times, the arithmetic mean as the test result.
3.3 Substance constant weight
Before and after two poor quality should not exceed 0.2mg.
4 Reagents
4.1 Sodium hydroxide, solid.
4.2 acetone.
4.3 ethanol.
Hydrochloric acid 4.4, ρ = 1.19g/mL.
Sulfuric acid 4.5, ρ = 1.83g/mL.
4.6 HCl wash, 2g/L. Weigh 5.4g ~ 5.9g of hydrochloric acid (4.4), diluted with water to 1L.
