Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 31819-2015 "Technical Specifications for Chimney Corrosion Resistance Operation after Desulfurization of Liquid Fluorine Rubber Coating" and is consistent with
Compared with GB/T 31819-2015, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Changed the "base repair material", "liquid fluororubber surface layer", "modified liquid fluororubber sheet" and "liquid fluororubber lining structural system"
Terms and definitions (see 3.4, 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, 3.4, 3.8, 3.9, 3.11 of the.2015 edition), the term "reinforcement material" has been changed
The definition of "elastic structural layer containing short fiber filaments" (see 3.5, 3.6,.2015 version of 3.5, 3.6) deletes the term "fluorine-containing structure"
"Layer" and its definition (see 3.7 of the.2015 version);
b) Changed the grassroots strength index (see 4.1.1, 4.1.1 of the.2015 version);
c) Changed the anti-corrosion surface flatness index (see 4.1.2,.2015 version of 4.1.2);
d) Added requirements for surface roughness of the treated steel structure and construction environment requirements when using different materials (see 4.2.3,
4.2.7);
e) The requirements for the heat resistance grade of the underlying material in fluororubber lining operations have been changed (see 5.2.1, 5.2.1 of the.2015 edition);
f) Changed the underlying material indicators of Type A (Type I, Type II) (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2015 version);
g) Changed the material index of the middle layer of the elastic structure (see Table 3, Table 3 of the.2015 version);
h) The project test conditions, construction intervals and impermeability test methods of base repair materials have been changed, and the bulk density, resistance and permeability test methods have been deleted.
Water resistance, volumetric water absorption, normal temperature compressive strength and drying time requirements (see Table 4,.2015 version of Table 4);
i) The heat aging resistance performance requirements and test methods of (Type A) liquid fluororubber surface material have been changed, and third-party testing indicators have been deleted.
Requirements (see Table 5,.2015 version of Table 5);
j) Changed the acid resistance performance requirements, heat aging resistance performance requirements and test methods of (B type) modified liquid fluororubber sheets, and deleted the first
Third-party testing indicator requirements (see Table 6,.2015 version of Table 6);
k) The base repair layer material in fluororubber lining operations has been changed [see 5.4.3a),.2015 version of 5.4.3b)];
l) Change the informative reference HG/T 20677 to the normative reference HG/T 20677 (see 5.4.6, 5.4.5 of the.2015 version);
m) Delete the detection methods and fluorine-containing structural layer items in the material thickness requirements for each process in the liquid fluororubber lining, and change some
Project thickness technical indicators (see Table 7,.2015 version of Table 7);
n) Changes in heating maintenance requirements (see 5.5.2,.2015 version of 5.5.2);
o) Changed the thickness index of each item in the main process operations of the liquid fluorine rubber lining system, and deleted the detection method and fluorine-containing structure
For layer projects, process design requirements are added (see Table 9, Table 9 of the.2015 version);
p) Changed the flatness index for different thicknesses of anti-corrosion surface layer of fluorine rubber lining (see 5.5.6,.2015 version of 5.5.6);
q) The safety regulations for on-site operations have been changed (see 6.1, 6.1 of the.2015 edition);
r) The project acceptance requirements have been changed [see 7.1~7.4, 7.6f)].
