1 Scope
This standard specifies the digital television field strength tester (hereinafter referred to as the field strength meter) main technical requirements and test methods.
This standard applies to terrestrial and cable transmission test field strength meter design, production and testing.

3 Requirements
3.1 Appearance and structure
There should be a clear product surface depressions, scratches, cracks, deformation, and pollution. Surface Coating should be uniform, not blistering, cracking, shedding
