1 Scope
This part of GB/T 31334 specifies the test methods for the thickness, width, length and weight of dipped canvas.
This section applies to the test of basic items such as size and weight of dipped canvas made of fibers.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 32110 apply to this document.
3.1
Weight
The quality of one square meter dipped canvas after drying.
4 Test conditions
The test should be carried out under the standard atmospheric environment specified in GB/T 6529.
5 Equipment
5.1 Constant temperature oven. The temperature can be adjusted to (105±2)℃.
5.2 Electronic balance. The range is 100g, the minimum graduation value is 0.01g, and the accuracy level is Class III.
5.3 Steel ruler. The minimum graduation value is 1mm.
5.4 Steel tape measure. the minimum graduation value is 1mm, and the accuracy grade is Ⅱ.
5.5 Dryer desiccant. Use the blue gum indicator specified in HG/T 2765.4 as the desiccant.
5.6 The thickness gauge shall meet the following requirements.
a) The minimum graduation value is 0.01mm;
b) Measuring range. 0mm~10mm;
c) The diameter of the upper pressure plate is (9.5±0.3) mm, and the pressure applied to the sample is (170±3) cN;
d) There is a lower pressure plate.
