1 Scope
This part of GB/T 31052 specifies the inspection required for tower cranes (hereinafter referred to as "tower") during the transfer and use

3 terms and definitions
GB/T 6974.3 and GB/T 31052.1 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1

4 General requirements
4.1 Inspectors and maintenance personnel shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 23723.3, GB/T 28758 and shall be qualified or authorized.
