4 General Principles
4.1 Accessibility guidance is an important part of the public information guidance system. Accessibility guidance should be designed synchronously with other public information guidance.
set up.
4.2 The design of barrier-free guidance should fully consider the application of advanced technologies and realize the systematization and intelligence of barrier-free guidance so as to meet the needs of barrier-free guidance.
Guidance needs of groups with disabilities.
Note. People with accessibility needs include people with disabilities, the elderly, and others with accessibility needs (such as people with language barriers, children, etc.).
4.3 Before designing barrier-free guidance, it is advisable to conduct a survey on the barrier-free groups in public places and clarify the requirements of barrier-free guidance design.
Identify the main target audience of the design to ensure that the barrier-free design meets their needs.
4.4 In public places where there is no obvious difference in the distribution of barrier-free groups, the public information guidance system should fully consider various barrier-free needs.
The needs of different groups should be met to ensure that they can obtain guiding information equally and conveniently.
4.5 In the barrier-free guidance design of public information guidance systems, the barrier-free signs provided should include not only visual signs but also auditory signs.
Visual signs and tactile signs are used to meet the guidance needs of different types of accessibility groups.
