1 Scope
This standard specifies the flat peach terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, classification, packaging, labeling, storage and transport.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Use almond (AmygdaluscommunisL.) Nucleolus after seedling varieties or types of dried nuts after shelling.
3.2
Whole kernel rate percentageofintactkernels
Complete flat peach flat peach grains accounting for sampling the total percentage of grains to "%" count.
