This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 2994-2008 "High Alumina Refractory Mud", compared with GB/T 2994-2008, except for structural adjustment and editing
In addition to the sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Modify the three grades of LN-55, LN-65, and LN-75 to LN-50, LN-60, and LN-70 (see Chapter 4 and
Chapter 5, Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of the.2008 edition);
b) Modify the two grades of LN-65P and LN-75P to one grade of LN-70P (see Chapter 4 and Chapter 5,.2008 edition

c) Added GN-70P grades and corresponding technical indicators (see Table 1);

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Ordinary high alumina refractory mortar
It uses high alumina bauxite clinker as the main raw material, and combines the gelation of clay and a small amount of admixture as the main bonding material.
3.2
Phosphate bonded high alumina refractory mortar
High alumina bauxite clinker is used as the main raw material, and phosphoric acid or aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution is used as the joint material of the chemical bonding agent.

Phosphate bonded corundum refractory mortar
Corundum and high alumina bauxite clinker are used as the main raw materials, and phosphoric acid or aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution is used as the joint material of the chemical bonding agent.
