2 Normative references

The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version suitable for use herein Member. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies to this document. GB/T 1914-2007 Chemical analysis filter paper General conditions GB/T 2374-2007 Determination of dyes provisions GB/T 6682-2008 analytical laboratory use specifications and test methods (ISO 3696. 1987, MOD) Principle 3 A certain concentration of reactive dye solution at a certain concentration of alkali - under (alkali) the role of the dye will produce condensation and precipitation. By measuring Dye base (salt - base) deposition time to evaluate the alkali solution (salt - alkali) stability.

4 Equipment and Materials

Reagents, equipment and materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2374-2007/T; test water should comply with GB/T 6682-2008 in Three water regulations. 4.1 Magnetic stirrer speed (500 ~ 600) r/min, stirring rod specifications 40mm × φ6mm. 4.2 balance, a sense of the amount of 0.01g. 4.3 filter, in line with GB/T 1914-2007, medium-speed qualitative filter paper. 4.4 sodium carbonate solution, 200g/L. 4.5 mixed alkali solution. per liter of solution containing sodium hydroxide 120g, sodium silicate (Na2SiO3 · 9H2O) 200g. 4.6 over anhydrous sodium sulfate.

5 test procedure

5.1 Determination of alkali stability Sample of dye was weighed 10g (accurate to 0.01g) in 150mL beaker, was added 90mL of water, stirred and dissolved, adjusting the solution temperature (25 ± 2) ℃. The solution was placed on a magnetic stirrer, a stir bar, start stirring, stirring speed 500r/min ~ 600r/min. Added under stirring The mixed alkali solution 10mL, start the chronograph. Mixed alkali addition was completed after spotting observed after every 5min sampling time, each sample 1 drop points On filter paper, filter paper to observe whether there is infiltration ring dye deposited. If the dye has precipitated, the precipitated dye recording the first time, as the alkali stability. If you have not 120min dye precipitated the end of the experiment, in terms of alkali stability > 120min.
