"Standard", compared with GB/T 29493.9-2014, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---The scope has been changed, and the number of measured targets has been increased from 1 to 3 (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2014 edition);
---Deleted the content of the standard working curve (see 6.4.2 of the.2014 version);
---The analysis steps have been changed, subdivided into "qualitative analysis" and "quantitative analysis" (see 7.2.2, 7.2.3, 6.4.3 of the.2014 version);
---Increased "recovery rate" (see 9.2).

Introduction
The ecological safety of textile products is an important requirement for global textile and apparel trade. Textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries as special chemicals for textiles
products, strengthening the detection and control of harmful substances from the source will help reduce the risk of harmful substances in downstream textile products and protect personal health.
Safety.
Currently, there are many requirements for the control of harmful substances on the consumer side of the textile industry. GB/T 29493 aims to formulate the main requirements for the textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries industry.
Standards for detection methods of hazardous substances. GB/T 29493 is planned to be composed of 9 parts, each of which targets different hazardous substances.
---Part 1.Determination of prohibited and restricted flame retardants.
---Part 2.Determination of perfluorinated compounds (PFCs).
---Part 3.Determination of organotin compounds.
---Part 4.Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs).
---Part 5.Determination of free formaldehyde content in emulsion polymers.
---Part 6.Determination of isocyanate group content in polyurethane prepolymer.
---Part 7.Determination of diisocyanate monomers in polyurethane coating finishing agents.
---Part 8.Determination of residual monomers in polyacrylate products.
---Part 9.Determination of acrylamide substances.
In recent years, the types of acrylamide substances of concern upstream and downstream of the industrial chain have gradually increased. This document combines industry focus and detection technology
The revision is based on the progress of the standard, which improves the scientific nature and applicability of the standard, realizes the source detection and control of acrylamide substances, and is conducive to promoting
Reduce and replace industrial hazardous substances.

3 Terms and definitions
There are no terms or definitions to be defined in this document.
4 Principles
After the acrylamide substances in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries are extracted, filtered and purified, high-efficiency liquid phase equipped with a diode array detector is used.
Chromatograph was used for determination and external standard method was used for quantification.
5 reagents or materials
Unless otherwise specified, only use reagents confirmed to be of analytical grade and secondary water specified in GB/T 6682.
5.1 n-Hexane.
5.2 Methanol, chromatography grade.
5.3 Acetonitrile, chromatography grade.
5.4 Acrylamide standard material, purity (mass fraction) ≥99%.
5.5 N-hydroxymethylacrylamide standard material, purity (mass fraction) ≥98%.
5.6 Methacrylamide standard material, purity (mass fraction) ≥98%.
5.7 Standard stock solution, 1000 μg/mL. Accurately weigh appropriate amounts of standard substances (5.4, 5.5, 5.6), dissolve them in water and dilute to volume, and prepare
Standard stock solutions with mass concentrations of 1000 μg/mL.
Note. The standard stock solution is stored in the dark at 4℃~8℃ and is valid for 2 months.
5.8 Standard intermediate solution, 10 μg/mL. Accurately pipet 1.0 mL of the standard stock solution (see 5.7) into a 100 mL volumetric flask, and add water
