Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 29418-2012 "Testing of physical and mechanical properties of plastic-wood composite products" and is consistent with GB/T 29418-2012
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Added the term “wood-plastic composite extruded profiles” and its definition (see 3:1);
b) Delete the terms "wood plastic composite material", "new material", "recycled material", "width" and "thickness" and their definitions (see 3:1~ of the:2012 edition
3:5);
c) Added test methods for specification dimensions and straightness deviation (see 5:1);
d) Added test method for mass per meter of length (see 5:2);
e) The bending test has been changed (see 5:3, Appendix A, 4:4, Appendix A of the:2012 edition);
f) The wear resistance test has been changed and the determination of wear-through of the co-extruded layer has been added (see 5:13, 4:13 of the:2012 edition);
g) Added creep failure test (see 5:15, Appendix G);
h) Added high and low temperature tests (see 5:18, Appendix J);
i) Added boiling water resistance test (see 5:19, Appendix K);
j) Added aging test (see 5:20);
k) Added anti-mildew test (see 5:21);
l) The drop weight impact test has been changed (see Appendix D, 4:9 of the:2012 edition);
m) The creep recovery test has been changed (see Appendix F, Appendix C of the:2012 version):
