This revised standard adopts ISO 2114.2000 "Plastics (polyester resin), paints and varnishes (adhesives) --- partial acid value and total acid value
Determination "(in English).
Taking into account China's national conditions, the use of this standard in the ISO 2114.2000 doing some modifications. About the technical differences have been incorporated into the body

3 Terms and Definitions
