1 Scope

3 Types and basic parameters
3.1 Fixed trunk tub (hereinafter referred to as the tub) structural type wagons fixed to the frame, the basic structure of the type shown in Figure 1.

4. Technical Requirements
4.1 General Requirements
4.1.1 tub shall comply with the provisions of this section, in accordance with prescribed procedures approved manufacturing drawings and technical documents.
4.1.2 tub manufacturing quality should be consistent with the relevant provisions of JB/T 6992's.
4.1.3 tub wheel tread shape and size should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 4695's.
4.1.4 tub optional open-wheel corresponds to conform JB/T 8296 requirements, the choice of the corresponding round closed 4.2 compliance.
4.1.5 tub linking chain performance and dimensions shall comply with the provisions of MT244.1.
4.1.6 tub connecting pin performance and dimensions shall comply with the provisions of MT244.2.
4.1.7 welds should be smooth, and there should be no cracks, slag, burn, incomplete penetration defects, weld the frame should not have pores. The remaining weld
