This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 28580-2012 "Port Logistics Service Quality Specifications". Compared with GB/T 28580-2012, except for structural adjustments
In addition to consolidation and editorial revisions, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This document stipulates the overall requirements for port logistics services, service content and requirements, service quality evaluation and continuous improvement.
This document applies to enterprises providing port logistics services for general goods.
Note. The general goods referred to in this document do not include dangerous goods and fresh and perishable goods.
