Standards for electronic grade phosphoric acid is divided into two specifications. E1 ordinary electronic grade phosphoric acid, E2 high-purity electronic grade phosphoric acid.
4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance. colorless, odorless, viscous liquid.
4.2 electronic grade phosphoric acid should be consistent with the requirements in Table 1.
