Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 27866-2011 "Technical regulations for controlling the hardness of welds of steel pipes and equipment to prevent sulfide stress cracking"
Standard", compared with GB/T 27866-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The scope of application has been changed: This document is applicable to carbon steel and low alloy steel pipes and pipes with a specified minimum tensile strength not greater than 490MPa:
Equipment manufacturing welds and construction welds (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1, 4:5 of the:2011 edition);
b) Added assessment requirements where hardness testing cannot be performed (see 4:3);
c) The base metal, welding materials, welding process parameter control and post-weld heat treatment technical requirements have been changed, and the welding material standards have been deleted (see section
Chapter 5, 5:3, 5:4 and 5:5 of the:2011 edition);
d) Changed the Leeb hardness and Brinell hardness testing requirements (see 6:2:2, 6:2:8, 6:2:1 of the:2011 edition);
e) Figure 1 has been changed (see 6:3:3, 6:3:2 of the:2011 version);
f) Changed the weld repair and hardness testing and assessment (see Chapter 7, 6:2:6, 6:2:7 of the:2011 edition);
g) Added work content and flow chart for controlling weld hardness to prevent sulfide stress cracking (see Appendix A):

Steel pipes and equipment protected from weld sulfides
Technical specifications for hardness control of stress cracking
1 Scope
This document describes hardness control methods for preventing sulfide stress cracking (SSC) in welds of piping and equipment exposed to sour environments:
Law, and stipulates the requirements for hardness control:
This document is applicable to the welding and construction of carbon steel and low alloy steel pipelines and equipment with a minimum tensile strength of no more than 490MPa:
welds:
This document does not cover other types of rings that prevent stress-oriented hydrogen-induced cracking (SOHIC) and soft zone cracking (SZC) caused by hydrogen sulfide environments:
The environment cracks:
