This document replaces GB/T 27794-2011 "Socket Concrete Conduits for Power Cables": Compared with GB/T 27794-2011, except
Apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The name of the standard is adjusted to "Prefabricated Concrete Conduits for Power Cables";
b) Added terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);
c) The classification, size and marking of the product have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the:2011 edition);
d) The relevant content of reinforced concrete conduits for power cables lined with PVC, lined with CPVC and lined with MPP has been added (see 5:9);
e) Changed the raw material requirements (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the:2011 edition);
f) Added general requirements (see Chapter 6);
g) Changed the technical performance requirements of the rubber ring for cable duct sealing (see 6:8, Appendix A of the:2011 edition);
h) Changed the technical requirements (see Chapter 7, Chapter 5 of the:2011 edition);
i) The test method has been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 6 of the:2011 edition);
j) The joint type and detail size of the unreinforced concrete cable duct are adjusted to Appendix A (see Appendix A, 3:3 of the:2011 edition);
k) Added the type of reinforced concrete cable conduit joint (see Appendix B);
l) The bending performance of the reinforced concrete cable duct body and the design method for the external pressure load of the pipe have been added (see Appendix D):
