1 Scope
This standard specifies the pH value determined by the reference electrode was classified, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and so on.
This standard applies to mercury/calomel, silver/silver chloride electrode material within the general type of saturated potassium chloride reference electrode, the other reference electrode

4 Requirements
4.1 Electrode normal operating conditions
Electrode should be able to work under the following conditions.
a) Ambient temperature. 5 ℃ ~ 40 ℃;
b) Relative humidity. ≤90%;
c) the measured solution temperature. 0 ℃ ~ 70 ℃;
d) The junction is no serious corrosion and contamination of water.
4.2 electrode potential bias
Electrode potential deviation shall not exceed ± 3mV.
4.3 electrode stability
Stability of the electrode should meet the following requirements.
a) Laboratory. ± 2mV/7h;
b) On-Line. ± 3mV/24h.
