Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 27744-2011 "Technical conditions for ultra-efficient three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors (frame size 132~280)", and
Compared with GB/T 27744-2011, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added the composition and example of the motor model (see 4.1);
---The power type spectrum is changed, the power range is expanded from 2.2kW~55kW to 0.55kW~315kW (see 4.7,.2011 edition
Of 3.6);
---Changed the relationship between the frame number of the motor and the speed and power, the schematic diagram of the motor installation size and the size symbol (see Table 1~Table 5,
Figure 1~Figure 4,.2011 version of Table 1~Table 5, Figure 1~Figure 4);
---The motor efficiency index has been changed and the energy efficiency classification has been added (see 5.4, Table 12, and 4.4 in the.2011 edition, Table 12);
---Changed the power factor of the motor (see 5.5, 4.5 in the.2011 edition);
---Changed the parameters of the motor such as locked-rotor, out-of-step torque multiples, locked-rotor current multiples, etc. (see 5.6, 5.7, 5.8, and 4.6 of the.2011 edition
4.7, 4.10);
---Deleted the minimum torque of the motor regulations (see 4.9, 4.11, 5.4 in the.2011 edition);
--- Changed the vibration intensity limit (see 5.17, table 18, 4.19, table 17 of the.2011 edition);
---Changed the motor noise limit (see 5.18, Table 19, 4.20, Table 18 in the.2011 edition);
---The deviation of the three-phase DC resistance of the motor from the average value has been increased (see 5.19);
---Added the provisions of the three outlet ends of the motor (see 5.22, 8.3, 4.24, 6.3 in the.2011 edition);
--- Increase the content of mechanical inspection, and the inspection items are given in a list (see 7.1, Table 20, Chapter 5 of the.2011 edition).
