This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting is required.
This document replaces GB/T 27624-2011 "Specification for processing fresh and frozen farmed redfin pufferfish" and is consistent with GB/T 27624-2011.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
The basic conditions have been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2011 edition); -
Changed the requirements for facilities and equipment (see Chapter 5, Chapter 4 of the.2011 edition); -
Changed the description of raw fish (see 6.1, 5.1 of the.2011 edition), and deleted the requirement for supporting certificates and certifications for raw materials
(See 5.2 of the.2011 edition), added requirements for excipients (see 6.2);
Changed the requirements for temporary stocking density (see 7.2, 6.2 of the.2011 edition); -

1 Scope
This document specifies the basic conditions, facilities and equipment, raw materials, temporary breeding, processing operations, inspection, labeling, etc.
The requirements for identification, packaging, metal detection and storage, and waste disposal are described, and the corresponding verification methods are described.
This document applies to the processing of fresh and frozen farmed redfin pufferfish (Takifugu rubripes).

4 Basic conditions
4.1 The processing plant area, workshops and facilities and equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T 27304.
4.2 Processing water should comply with the relevant provisions of GB 5749.

5 Facilities and Equipment
5.1 There should be dedicated facilities for temporary holding of live fish, equipped with oxygenation and temperature control equipment. The temporary holding pond should be leakproof, corrosion-resistant, smooth in surface and easy to clean.
