1 Scope

This document specifies the grades, ordering information, production method and chemical composition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, Identification, quality certificate, rust prevention, packaging and storage. This document applies to vermicular graphite iron castings cast in a sand mold or a mold with a thermal conductivity comparable to that of a sand mold.
