At this time, the requirements in the C-type standards are better than those in other types of standards.
GB/T
The general technical conditions for hand-held and hand-guided mechanical vibration measurement are given in 25631, GB/T
26548 (all parts) to
Based on this standard, it gives a vibration test method for hand-held portable machines, and specifies the operating conditions of the machine under type test conditions and the
Other requirements for type test performance. Its standard structure and chapter number are the same as GB/T
25631 unanimous.
This document adopts the European series of standards EN
The sensor reference positioning method used for the first time in 60745, due to continuity reasons
Description and GB/T
25631 is inconsistent. The sensor is preferably placed in the area between the thumb and index finger near the hand, because this position is right.
The operator has minimal interference when holding the machine.
Generally, the vibration produced by the stone hammer varies greatly during use. For stone hammers, the main source of vibration is impact, and its vibration characteristics are
The difference is caused by the operation of the machine and the difference in the materials processed. The difference in supporting materials can also cause differences in vibration. This document
The working procedure used is that the machine works on the surface of the stone. In order to improve the reproducibility of test results, the stable support and insertion of test materials
The good condition of the equipment is very important.
28927-11.2011
The value obtained is the type test value, which is used to represent the average value of the upper quartile of the typical vibration of the machine in actual use. However,
Actual values sometimes vary greatly, depending on many factors, including the operator, work tasks, and insertion tools or consumables. The machine itself
The maintenance status may also be important. In real working conditions, the impact of operators and operating procedures on low-amplitude vibration is particularly serious. because
Therefore, less than 2.5
The vibration radiation value of m/s2 is not recommended for evaluation under real working conditions. In this case, 2.5 is recommended
m/s2
The vibration value is used to directly evaluate the vibration of the machine.
If a specific workplace requires precise values, then it is necessary to press GB/T under this working condition

Line measurement. The measured vibration value under actual working conditions may be higher or lower than the value obtained with this document.
In actual working conditions, excessive wear or bending of the insertion tool is prone to high vibration.

Vibration test method for handheld portable power tools
Part 11.Stone Hammer
1 Scope
This document specifies the test method for hand-transmitted vibration measurement at the handle of the hand-held portable stone hammer, and determines the operation of the stone under the type test state.
The type inspection procedure of the vibration level of the gripping part of the handle when hammering. The measured results are used to compare the vibration of different types of machines of the same form
size.
This document applies to engraving pens and mason hammers driven by compressed air or other methods (see Chapter 5).
This document does not apply to hammer machines used for demolition in construction projects, or air shovel used for metal materials.
Note.
To avoid confusion between "power tools" and "insertion tools",
Throughout this document, "machines" are used instead of "power tools".
