1 Scope
This standard specifies the paper inorganic pigment brightness (whiteness) measurement method.
This standard applies to the paper industry using a variety of white inorganic pigment.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

5 Instruments

5.4 Working standard white. white standard plate glass or ceramic, without optical brighteners.
5.5 dry break device. motor speed 25000r/min, the tip line speed 70m/s, capacity cup volume 145mL.
5.6 Powder injector pressure. from the sample boxes, compacts, glass, gland, pressure injector nut, handle and bottom composition, see Figure A.1.
5.7 vacuum filtration device. the 1500mL suction flask, Buchner funnel having a diameter of 150mm, resolution Whatman5 filter paper (or rather performance
Other filter paper) and vacuum pump.
5.8 evaporating dish. made of glass, having a diameter of 200mm ~ 250mm.
5.9 Oven. maintain a constant temperature at (105 ± 5) ℃.
