This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 25172-2010 "Technical Specifications for the Production and Storage of Pig Semen at Room Temperature", which is mainly compared with GB/T 25172-2010
The changes are as follows.
---Added "GB 23238" and "GB/T 6682" (see Chapter 2);
---Added "Equipment collection method suitable for operation according to the instruction manual" (see 5.1.2.3);
--- Modify the sperm deformity rate from "≤18%" to "≤20%" (see 5.2.2,.2010 edition 5.2);
--- Deleted the "number of bacterial colonies" (see 5.2, the.2010 version of 5.2);

Raw semen
Undiluted semen after collection.

Room temperature semen
After being diluted and stored at 16℃~18℃, the semen still has the ability to be fertilized.

The percentage of sperm that move straight forward at 37°C accounts for the total number of sperm.
