1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of liquid-phase capacitor trace moisture meter classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, manual, signs, packaging,
Transportation, storage and so on.
This standard applies to aluminum oxide capacitance sensor liquid trace moisture meter (hereinafter referred to as moisture meter).

3 basic parameters
3.1 Basic parameters
3.1.1 Measuring range. less than 1000mg/L.
3.1.2 Output Signal. 4mA ~ 20mA or DC1V ~ 5V.
3.2 Working conditions
Moisture meter should be able to work under the following conditions.
a) Power supply voltage. AC220V ± 22V, 50Hz ± 1Hz;
b) Ambient temperature. -10 ℃ ~ 50 ℃;
c) Humidity. relative humidity less than 90%;
d) atmospheric pressure. 0.086MPa ~ 0.106MPa;
e) the installation site should have a strong electromagnetic interference and severe vibrations;
f) the measured medium is a liquid solution, there should be no material for aluminum, stainless steel or gold from the reaction liquid should be neutral.
4 Requirements
4.1 appearance requirements
Moisture meter appearance should meet the following requirements.
a) the appearance of clean, without damage and rust marks;
b) coating the surface of uniform color, without peeling, blistering and other defects;
c) All fasteners should be tightened well, not loose;
d) the nameplate on the housing should be smooth complete, clear and obvious.
4.2 Accuracy
Moisture meter for accuracy. ± 5% FS, ± 10% FS two kinds.
4.3 Stability
Stability error moisture meter should not exceed specified in Table 1.
