This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GB 25025-2010 "Technical Specifications for Glass-lined Equipment". Compared with GB 25025-2010, except for structural adjustments and editing
In addition to the changes in performance, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The applicable range of design temperature has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);
b) Changed the terms "glass lining layer", "firing", "re-enamelling", "crack", "scratch, abrasion", "color difference point", "powder tumor", "repair", and "firing mark"
and definitions, adding "local under-firing", "return to factory for re-enamelling", "line pattern", "stress line", "turtle back pattern", "orange peel-like bumps", "unevenness", "structure"
The terms and definitions of "strongly corrosive medium" and "weakly corrosive medium" have been revised (see Chapter 3,
Chapter 3 of the.2010 edition);
c) The provisions on the classification and code of glass-lined equipment have been deleted (see Chapter 4 of the.2010 edition);
d) Added basic requirements (see Chapter 4);
e) The regulations on the design of glass-lined equipment and its components and accessories have been changed (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2010 edition);
f) The provisions for glass-lined equipment and its components and accessories have been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2010 edition);
g) The provisions for the manufacture, inspection and acceptance of the metal substrate of glass-lined parts have been changed (see 7.1, Chapter 7 of the.2010 edition);
h) The requirements for the glass-lined process have been changed (see 7.2, Chapter 8 of the.2010 edition);
i) The quality requirements for finished glass-lined parts have been changed (see Chapter 8, Chapter 9 of the.2010 edition);
j) Modified the provisions on the inspection methods for glass-lined equipment, glass-lined components and pipe fittings (see Chapter 9,.2010 Edition).
