Introduction
This part of GB/T 25000 provides a set of quality measures for system/software product characteristics that can be combined with the system and
Other standards for software quality requirements and evaluation (SQuaRE), especially with GB/T 25000.10, GB/T 25000.30,
GB/T 25000.40 and GB/T 25000.41, used to specify system/software product quality requirements, measurement and evaluation. Developer, evaluation party,
Users of quality management, demanders, suppliers, maintainers, and target systems/software products can select the appropriate quality measures as needed. This can
Used to define requirements, evaluate systems/software products, perform quality management activities, or some other purpose.
The quality measures in this section are selected based on their value in practice and are divided into general (G) and specific (S)
class. These quality measures are not exhaustive and encourage users of this section to refine them as necessary.

Part 23. System and software product quality measurement
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 25000 is based on the characteristics and sub-characteristics defined in GB/T 25000.10-2016, and is specified for the quantitative evaluation system.
Measure the quality of software and software products. The quality measures defined in this section need to be used in conjunction with GB/T 25000.10-2016 and can be linked.
Quality Requirements Division (ISO /IEC 2503n) and Evaluation Division of the System and Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) Series of International Standards
(ISO /IEC 2504n) to more broadly meet user definitions and evaluations of software product and system quality requirements.
This section contains the following.
--- a basic set of quality measures for each characteristic and sub-characteristic;
--- How to apply the interpretation of software products and system quality measures.
This section gives an appendix to consider the use of quality measures (Appendix B), using quality measures to define product or system quality.
Measure (Appendix C) and a detailed description of the type of measurement (Appendix D).
This section does not set a range of measure values for a rating or compliance level, as these values are based on each system, product
Or the nature of a part of the product, and depends on the software category, integrity level, and user needs. Some properties may have expectations
The range of values. These ranges do not depend on specific user needs, but on general factors such as human cognitive factors.
The quality measures presented in this section are primarily used for quality assurance and system and software product improvements during or after the development life cycle.
The main users in this section are those who implement quality requirements specifications and evaluation activities, including.
---Development. including requirements analysis, specification design, coding, testing, and acceptance activities during the software life cycle;
---Quality management. Systematic inspection of software products or computer systems, for example, when the quality evaluation of a system or software product becomes quality assurance
When part of the certificate, quality control and quality certification;
---Supply. The agreement when providing the system, software product or software service to the acquirer according to the contract signed, for example, in the qualification test
Software quality;
--- Acquisition. Includes product selection and acceptance testing when acquiring or purchasing systems, software products or software services from suppliers;
---Maintenance. Optimization of software products or systems based on quality measurements.
2 Compliance
Any quality requirements specification or quality assessment following this section should.
a) select or evaluate the quality characteristics and/or sub-characterizations defined in GB/T 25000.10-2016;
b) for each characteristic or sub-character selected, all general quality measures (G) defined in Chapter 8 should be used, if not
Use, should provide the basis;
c) that the relevant specific quality measure (S) defined in Chapter 8 can be selected;
d) if any of the quality measures are modified, the basis for the modification should be provided;
e) Define additional quality measures not included in this section and quality measures elements in accordance with GB/T 25000.21-2019.
