3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Recycled fiber recycledfiber

At 950nm wavelength, the absorption coefficient ratio of pulp or paper containing the ink absorption coefficient of the ink itself.

By fluorescent brighteners and effective residual ink concentration detecting residual paper determines whether the paper contains de-inked recycled fiber.
5 Instruments
5.1 UV lamp
It may issue 254nm and 365nm UV light, respectively.
5.2 reflection photometer
Effective wavelength should be 950nm ± 5nm, the spectral peak height at 50% of the bandwidth shall not exceed 150nm, the peak spectral bandwidth at 10%
Should not exceed 250nm.

7 Test procedure
7.1 Determination of fluorescent whitening agent
The sample was placed under an ultraviolet lamp, respectively 254nm and 365nm UV light to check for fluorescence reaction.
