Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 24980-2010 "Rare Earth Long Afterglow Phosphors", compared with GB/T 24980-2010, except for editorial changes
The main technical changes are as follows.
---Modified the application fields of rare earth long afterglow phosphors in the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2010 edition);
--- The term "standard phosphor" is deleted, and the subsequent serial numbers are adjusted sequentially (see 3.2 in the.2010 edition);
---Modified the definition of "luminous color" (see 3.2, 3.3 in.2010 edition);
---Modified the term "relative brightness" to "afterglow brightness" (see 3.3, 3.4 in.2010 edition);
--- Deleted the term "particle size distribution" (see 3.5 in the.2010 edition);
---Modified "product classification and brand" to "product classification and reference composition" and the corresponding content, deleted the conventional alkaline earth aluminate
Level three (see 4.1, 4.1 in.2010 edition);
---Added the division and expression of product brands (see 4.2);
---Modified product technical indicators and expression methods, the center particle size range of each brand, the chromaticity coordinate x, y value and emission of each brand
The main peak value, respectively, put forward the requirements of alkaline earth aluminate, silicate and sulfur oxide (see 5.1.1, 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 4.1 in.2010 edition);
--- Modified the sieving particle size distribution and sieving particle size range of alkaline earth aluminate granular products (see 5.1.1, Appendix A,.2010 edition 5.3);
---Modified the requirements of appearance quality and added different luminous colors (yellow-green, blue-green, blue, orange-red) long afterglow powder appearance
Description of the color (see 5.2, 4.2 of the.2010 edition);
---Modified the "test method" (see Chapter 6, Chapter 4 of the.2010 edition);
---The determination of particle size distribution has been deleted, and a normative appendix A has been added (see 5.3 of the.2010 edition);
---Modified the acceptance questioning time, adjusted from 3 months to 1 month (see 7.1.2,.2010 version 6.1.2).
This standard was proposed and managed by the National Rare Earth Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC229).

Rare earth long afterglow phosphor
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certification of rare earth long afterglow phosphors
Ming book.
This standard is applicable to the rare earth long afterglow fluorescence of aluminate system, silicate system and sulfur oxide system prepared by high temperature solid phase reaction
Powder, mainly used for emergency signs and escape signs in the field of fire protection, low-light indications in the plastic, ink, and ceramic industries, and dark vision rings such as outdoors and roads.
Indications and low-light lighting under circumstances.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15676 apply to this document.
3.1
Rare earths that can absorb and store light energy when excited by ultraviolet or visible light. After the light excitation stops, it can continue to emit visible light for a long time.
Ion activated phosphor.
3.2
Luminous color
The fluorescent color emitted when excited by ultraviolet light or visible light is characterized by chromaticity coordinates and calculated with reference to the CIE1931 color measurement system.
3.3
Afterglow brightness
After the excitation is stopped, the luminous brightness of the phosphor to be tested at the specified afterglow test time point.
4 categories
4.1 Product system, category, reference component and excitation light source and afterglow brightness test light source illuminance
4.1.1 The products are divided into three systems of alkaline earth aluminate, silicate, and sulfur oxide according to their chemical composition.
Luminance test light source illuminance is divided into three categories. conventional type, granular type, and low-light type. For each product system and code, category and reference components, see Table 1.
