This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 2495-1996 "ordinary abrasive packaging," compared with the GB/T 2495-1996 main technical changes are as follows.
--- Modify the scope (see Chapter 1,.1996 edition Chapter 1);
--- Modify the normative references (see Chapter 2,.1996 edition Chapter 2);
--- Deleted the product to be tested before the requirements of packaging (1996 version 3.1.3);
--- Modify the weight of the package requirements (see 3.3.3,.1996 version 3.3.4);
--- Modify some of the conventional packaging requirements (see Table 1,.1996 edition of Table 1);
--- Modify the carton packaging sealing, binding requirements (see 3.4.2,.1996 version 3.4.2);
--- Modify the inspection rules (see Chapter 5,.1996 edition Chapter 7);
--- Modify the contents of the package logo (see 6.1,.1996 edition Chapter 4);
--- Increasing the inner diameter of the outer diameter of the abrasive packaging 1800mm (see Appendix A,.1996 edition of Appendix A).

3 technical requirements
3.1 General requirements
3.1.1 product packaging should meet the scientific, economic, solid, beautiful requirements.
3.1.2 Packaging design should be based on product features, environmental conditions and customer circulation requirements, so packed compact, reasonable protection, safe and reliable.
3.1.3 package dimensions and quality should be consistent with the domestic transport overruns, overweight provisions. Hard Cube for Transportation Package
Size should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 4892. Package internal dimensions refer to Appendix A.
3.2 Material Requirements
3.2.1 ordinary wooden box should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 12464; frame wooden box should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 7284.
3.2.2 Outer packaging corrugated boxes should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 6543; corrugated cardboard should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 6544's.
3.2.3 Other packaging materials should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 9174 or according to the relevant standards.
