Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 2484-2006 "General requirements for bonded abrasives", major technical changes compared with GB/T 2484-2006
as follows.
--- Added some symbols and meanings (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2006 edition);
--- Added the basic shape and ruler of the 12-type "disc-shaped grinding wheel", the 29-type "flexible 钹-shaped grinding wheel" and the 40-type "single-sided convex single-sided concave grinding wheel"
Inch mark (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2006 version);
--- Modified the basic shape and size mark of the embedded grinding head, changed from 16, 17a, 17b, 17c, 18a, 18b, 19 to 16, 17, 17R,
18, 18R, 19, 19R type (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2006 edition);
--- Modified the 3102 type "flat convex sand tile" and 3103 "convex flat sand tile" size C mark, that is, the length of the size C extends to
At the top of the arc (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2006 edition);
--- Modified the basic shape and size marking of the Type 52 "handle grinding head" (see Table 2, Table 2 of the.2006 edition);
--- Revised the corresponding size standard for each type of fixed abrasive, modified from the unified GB/T 4127 to the corresponding part of GB/T 4127
(See Table 2, Table 2 of the.2006 edition);
--- Increased the application range of the circumferential profile, that is, in addition to the flat grinding wheel, it also includes single-sided concave or double-sided concave and single-sided convex or double-sided convex grinding wheel
(See 4.2, 5.1 of the.2006 edition);
--- Modified the shape of the G-shaped circumferential profile, added the S-shaped circumferential profile and changed the U in all circumferential profiles to X (see Figure 1,
Figure 1) of the.2006 edition;
--- Removed the outer diameter, thickness and aperture size range (see.2006 edition of 5.2.1~5.2.3);
--- Revised the specification of dimensional limit deviation and geometrical tolerance (see 5.2, 5.3 of.2006 edition);
---Modified the specification of abrasive grain size (see 5.5, 5.5.2,.2006 edition);
--- Added shellac binder (see Table 4, Table 8 of the.2006 edition);
--- Modified the way the mark is expressed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2006 edition);
--- Modified the contents of the logo (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the.2006 edition).
This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 525.2013 "Consolidation Abrasives General Requirements."
This standard has more structural adjustments than ISO 525.2013. Appendix A lists the chapters of this standard and ISO 525.2013.
The bar number comparison list.
The technical differences between this standard and ISO 525.2013 and their reasons are as follows.
---About the normative reference documents, this standard has made technical adjustments to adapt to China's technical conditions, adjustments
The situation is reflected in Chapter 2, “Regulatory References”, and the specific adjustments are as follows.
● Added reference to GB/T 4127 (all parts) (see 5.1);
● Replace ISO 13942 with GB/T 2485 (see 5.2);
● Replace ISO 6103 with GB/T 2492 modified with international standards (see 5.3);
● Added reference to GB/T 2476 (see 5.4);
● Replace ISO 8486-1 with GB/T 2481.1 with international standards (see 5.5);
● Replace ISO 8486-2 with GB/T 2481.2 (see 5.5);
● Added reference to GB 2494 (see 5.9);
--- Removed the length symbol L2 of the handle with a handle, because China uses L to indicate the length of the handle with a handle, and does not use L to indicate the handle
The total length of the grinding head; modified the symbol of the diameter of the handle with a handle, changed from Sd to S, to adapt to our habits;
--- Added 8 type "double-sided concave 2nd", 12a type "disc type 1", 12b type "disc type 2" grinding wheel to adapt to the actual situation in China
Happening;
--- Increased the specific shape of the 31 type "sand tile", 52 type "handle grinding head", 54 type "honing stone" and 90 type "grinding stone", more clear
Clear and easy to operate;
--- Increased Q-shaped and S-shaped circumferential profiles, because Q-shaped circumferential profiles exist in China, S-shaped circumferential profiles are flat glass mills
Used by grinding wheels;
---Modified the dimension mark in the circumferential profile, change "T" to "T(U)", "U" to "X", because of the one-sided convex and double-sided convex grinding wheel
The circumferential profile should be "U" instead of "T";
--- Removed the characteristics of the mixed abrasive type, mixed abrasive particle size, porosity and manufacturer's special code, due to international standards
These are optional and the provisions given by international standards are not material;
---Modify the type of abrasive as GB/T 2476, because the type of abrasive given in the international standard is too simple, China's national standard
There are more detailed and complete regulations;
--- Increased abrasive grain size
