This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB /Z 24835-2009 "1000kV gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear operation and maintenance procedures", and The main changes compared with GB /Z 24835-2009 are as follows. --- Removed "terms and definitions" (see Chapter 3 of the.2009 edition); --- Removed the "auxiliary system (air compressor system for pneumatic mechanisms)" (see 7.4.6 of the.2009 edition); --- Removed the general flow chart of GIS decomposition and maintenance (see 7.7 of.2009 edition); --- Removed the "Decomposition Check" (see 7.8 of the.2009 edition); --- Removed the precautions for the use of gas recovery units (see 7.9 of the.2009 edition); --- Removed the precautions for storage of gas cylinders (see 7.10 of the.2009 edition); --- Remove the precautions for the use of adsorbents (see 7.11 of the.2009 edition); --- Deleted the organization notes after disassembly and repair (see 7.12 of.2009 edition); --- Removed the "Selection and Test of Grease and Sealant" (see 7.13 in.2009); --- Removed the "Technical Requirements for Sealing and Disassembling" (see 7.14 in.2009); --- Removed "spare parts and special tools" (see Chapter 9 of the.2009 edition); --- Removed the "positioning and detection methods for discharge faults" (see Appendix A of the.2009 edition); --- Revised the basis for the disassembly and repair of the circuit breaker (see 6.1.1, 4.4.4.1 of the.2009 edition); ---Modified the dismantling and maintenance project of the circuit breaker in GIS, and deleted the "pneumatic operating mechanism" (see 6.2.1.2, 7.4.1.2 of.2009 edition); --- Revise the technical requirements for physical examination and repair, and incorporate the "test" (see the 8th edition of.2009) into the "experiment after disassembly and repair" (see 6.7). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the project, content and technology of 1100kV gas insulated metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as GIS) operation and maintenance. Claim. This standard applies to rated voltage 1100kV AC GIS (including HGIS).

3 Safety requirements for operation and maintenance

3.1 Safety technical measures during GIS operation 3.1.1 Security protection of GIS room The security protection of the GIS room is as follows. a) According to GB 8958GIS, the oxygen content in indoor air should be greater than 19.5% or the concentration of SF6 gas should not exceed 1000 μL/L. (or 6g/m3); b) The GIS indoor should be equipped with an automatic detection and alarm device for air oxygen content or SF6 gas concentration; c) Protective equipment such as gas masks, protective clothing and plastic gloves should be provided at the entrance and exit of the GIS room; d) The GIS room shall be equipped with special fire protection facilities in accordance with the relevant provisions of fire protection; e) All access holes in the GIS room shall be sealed with fireproof materials; f) The GIS room should be equipped with adequate ventilation and exhaust devices; g) When entering the GIS indoor cable trench or low recess, the oxygen content or SF6 gas concentration should be measured, and the safety can be confirmed before entering; h) In order to prevent accidents in single-person operations, access to these areas requires supervision. 3.1.2 Ventilation technical requirements for GIS room The GIS room should be equipped with a powerful ventilation device, and the air outlet should be placed at the bottom of the room. The GIS room where the operators frequently enter and exit, each class should be ventilated at least once (15min); for indoor places where the staff does not frequently enter and exit, Check the ventilation facilities regularly.
