8 grade steel forged lifting hook with safety locking device
1 Scope
This standard specifies a ring-shaped or bolt type 8 grade steel forged lifting crane with a limit working load of not more than 63t and a safety locking device.
The basic requirements of hooks (hereinafter referred to as "hooks"). This device is mainly used for.
---GB/T 20652 and GB/T 25853 specified slings;
--- Wire rope slings specified in ISO 7531;
---woven slings;
--- Lifting objects, materials or goods.
This standard does not apply to hand forged hooks.

4 Safety requirements
4.1 Design
Connections and related movements shall comply with the provisions of 4.1 of GB/T 25852-2017.
Note. The hook type is not specified. For example, only the minimum value of the dimension F (see Figure 1) measured in any direction is specified so that the hook eye can be adapted to the pin.
The ring eye can be non-circular.
The structure of the upper end of the hook shall conform to the eyelet type or bolt type specified in Table 1 and Figure 1.
Each hook shall be fitted with a spring-type safety lockout in accordance with 4.6 to ensure that the load is not accidentally unhooked.

4.2 Size
The main dimensions of the hook shall comply with the requirements of Table 2, and the hook size is related to the ultimate working load.
