1 Scope

This document specifies the grades, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of brown corundum abrasives. This document applies to the manufacture of bonded abrasives, coated abrasives and brown corundum abrasives for sandblasting and polishing purposes.
