4 divers in distress
4.1 Distress causes and consequences
Due to supply interruption, wound, injury and other causes divers diving tour dangerous situations that can lead diver can not return to their own
Diving bell.
4.2 emergency
4.2.1 When receiving a latent water divers report unforeseen circumstances; or water diver dive control room calls out, three consecutive no reply; or
Man and clock signal contact diver rope three consecutive no reply, the water should command clock rescue people in distress diver.
4.2.2 bell diver who pulled the cord, pulled the divers diving bell bottom below the channel, the lifting device will use internal clock hanging diver into the bell.
4.2.3 When the bell diver who pulled the cord can not be pulled back diver diving bell, a bell should dive, divers found along the distress diver umbilical cord.
Then along the bell human umbilical cord, the diver in distress rescued within minutes.
4.2.4 bell diver mask should be removed, check the diver, the report of the water. As divers heartbeat has stopped breathing, should be multiplexed
Su, to keep the recovery report on water. Surface water diving bell lifting, docking and deck living spaces, divers enter into the deck for habitat
Further processing.
4.3 precautions
4.3.1 The person responsible for the care bell diver umbilical cord, diving through the water to understand the situation and problems.
4.3.2 through bell shall within the diving bell diving breathing gas pressure gauge, understand divers breathing.
4.3.3 The clock should do a rescue diver ready to dive.
4.3.4 a bell person should use a separate clock latent breathe air. Bell breathe air bell should be able to meet the needs of people out of latent 30min.
4.3.5 diving bell should regulate the water level inside the diving bell function with diver lifting device.
4.3.6 Diving bell, first aid kit should be configured.
4.3.7 respond to the bell diver and first aid training.
