After the determination of dry textiles tetrachlorethylene residues
Warning. Use of this standard shall have a person experiences regular lab work. This standard does not point out all possible security issues.
Users have the responsibility to take appropriate safety and health practices and to ensure compliance with the relevant provisions of national condition.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of headspace gas chromatography - after electron capture detector (GC/ECD) Textiles - Determination of dry residue of tetrachlorethylene
The amount of methods to stay.
This standard applies to all types of textile products.
Principle 2
With headspace sampling device to extract samples of residual volatile tetrachlorethylene by gas chromatography - electron capture detector (GC/ECD) into
Line qualitative and quantitative determination.
3 Reagents and standard solutions
3.1 PCE. chromatography.
3.2 hexane. chromatographically pure.
3.3 standard stock solution. Accurately weigh an adequate amount chromatography tetrachlorethylene (3.1) with n-hexane (3.2) formulated in a concentration of 1000μg/mL
Standard stock solution.
3.4 standard solution. (3.2) stepwise diluted concentrations applicable standard working solution as needed and then n-hexane.
Note. Keep in 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator standard stock solution is valid for 12 months, working standard solution is valid for six months.
4 instruments and equipment
4.1 automatic headspace sampling device.
4.2 Gas chromatograph. equipped with electron capture detector (ECD).
Step 5 Analysis
5.1 Preparation of the sample
Laboratory samples taken from a representative sample was cut to 5mm × 5mm or less, and mix. Mixing a sample from the Weigh 1g,
Accurate to 0.01g, placed 20mL vial. In the vial was then added 10mL of n-hexane (3.2) solvent mix.
5.2 Analytical Instruments conditions
Because the test results depends on the instrument used, it is impossible to give general parameters chromatographic analysis. Using the following parameters have been certified
Out of the test is appropriate.
5.2.1 headspace extraction conditions
a) carrier gas pressure 120kPa;
b) pressing time 30s, injection time 3s;
c) vent time 20s;
d) heating time 15min, the heating temperature is 50 ℃;
e) Syringe temperature 55 ℃, the transmission line temperature 60 ℃.
5.2.2 Chromatographic conditions
a) Column. TR-1MS 30m × 0.25mm × 0.25μm or equivalent;
