This document replaces GB/T 23720.3-2010 "Crane driver training Part 3.Tower cranes" and GB/T 23720.3-
Compared with.2010, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the training content according to tower crane type (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2010 edition);
--- Changed the general requirements for operating wind speed limits (see 8.1, 7.1 of the.2010 edition);

1 Scope
This document specifies the special requirements for training tower crane (hereinafter referred to as "tower crane") drivers.

4 Training content according to tower crane type
Practical or theoretical training should take into account the following characteristics depending on the type of tower crane.
a) Positioning of loads;
b) Type of lifting control, such as stepless speed regulation;
c) Boom type, such as horizontal boom, folding boom, telescopic boom, articulated boom or movable boom;
d) Installation/disassembly type, such as assembly type, self-erecting type, walking type or fixed type, climbing inside or outside the building (theoretical training);
e) Special operating precautions when multiple people use the same tower crane. For example, the last user should ensure that the tower crane is properly placed after use.
In non-working state;
f) Procedures for placing the crane out of service, parking the crane, and leaving the crane unattended, including procedures for placing the boom in a
Free-wheeling position, use of rail clamps, or any special procedures given in the manufacturer's instructions;
g) If applicable, preparation for tower crane road transportation (theoretical training);
h) Duties of tower crane drivers;
i) Be familiar with national and local regulations and special operating procedures;
