a) Changed the definition of ball milling toughness (see 3:1,:2009 version of 3:1);
b) Changed the technical requirements for the rotary drive device of the ball mill toughness tester (see 4:1:2, 4:1:3 of the:2009 edition);
c) Changed the technical conditions of steel balls (see 4:1:4,:2009 version of 4:1:4);
d) The sample preparation method has been changed (see Chapter 5, 5:1 of the:2009 edition);
e) The test procedures have been changed (see Chapter 6, 5:2 and 5:3 of the:2009 edition);
