4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 formic acid. Chromatographic pure.
4.3 sodium acetate.
4.4 ethyl acetate.
4.5 2% formic acid - ethyl acetate solution. 10mL to 400mL ethyl acetate was added formic acid, ethyl acetate and dilute to 500mL.
4.6 0.6% formic acid solution. 6.0mL amount of formic acid, dissolved in water, dilute to 1L.
4.7 0.1% formic acid solution. 1.0mL amount of formic acid, dissolved in water, dilute to 1L.
4.8 formic acid - methanol solution (19 + 1). 190mL with formic acid solution (4.2) and 10mL methanol (4.1) were mixed.
4.9 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. 8.3mL amount of concentrated hydrochloric acid, dissolved in water, dilute to 1L.
4.10 0.3mol/L hydrochloric acid solution. Measure 25mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid, dissolved in water, dilute to 1L.
