Polyether antibiotics sample with acetonitrile extraction, solid-phase extraction (SPE), high performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometer, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade.
4.1 Water. GB/T 6682, level.
4.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.4 hexane. chromatographically pure.
