drafted.
This document replaces GB/T 22688-2008 "Pressure Temperature Controllers for Household and Similar Uses", which is consistent with GB/T 22688-2008
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Changed the definition of pressure temperature controller (see 3.1, 3.1.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Added "Other classifications" in "Classification by protection against electric shock" (see 4.1.5);
--- Changed the content of the temperature controller "classified by temperature control characteristics" (see Appendix A, 4.2 of the.2008 edition);
--- Added "Micro-cutting" in "Classification by Automatic Action Characteristics" of the temperature controller, and added "Type 2C" for the operation type (see 4.3);
--- Changed the ambient temperature requirements for the use of temperature controllers (see 5.1.2.1, 5.1.2.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Added the corresponding content of environmental protection requirements, environmental protection testing and inspection rules (see 5.2.2, 6.2.2 and 7.2);
---Changed the operating temperature of the adjustment point of the temperature controller for the refrigerator, the opening distance of the damper, and the maximum operating temperature of the temperature controller for the heater.
Requirements for the maximum allowable deviation (see Table 1, Table 2, Table 1 and Table 2 of the.2008 edition);
--- Delete the "leakage current" requirements and test methods (see 5.2.6, 6.2.6 of the.2008 edition);
--- Change the insulation resistance requirements, from "50MΩ" to "100MΩ" (see 5.2.5, 5.2.4 of the.2008 edition);
--- Changed the classification and requirements of electrical strength (see Table 3, 5.2.6 of the.2008 edition);
--- Changed the requirements for the immersion size of the temperature sensing tube and capillary tube during the test of the temperature controller for heating (see 6.2.3.1, 6.2.2.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Change the number of samples in the inspection rules and the number of samples corresponding to the inspection items (see Table 9, Table 10, Table 8 and Table 9 of the.2008 edition);
--- Deleted the column "Unqualified Category" in the inspection item table (see Table 8, Table 7 of the.2008 edition).

Household and similar pressure temperature controllers
1 Scope
This document specifies the characteristics and product standards of pressure-type temperature controllers for household and similar purposes (referred to as temperature controllers, commonly known as thermostats).
Specifications, packaging, transportation, and storage requirements; describes test methods for pressure-type temperature controllers for household and similar use; establishes
Inspection rules for transit pressure temperature controllers.
This document is applicable to temperature control and other types of refrigerators and heaters with rated voltage not greater than 690V and rated current not greater than 63A.
A temperature controller with a capillary tube is usually used for similar purposes.
