3 Method summary
After the sample was dissolved in sulfuric acid, boric acid complex fluorine, ammonium molybdate, molybdenum silicon so as to form a yellow complex ions, to further increase the acidity of [H +]
0.8mol/L or more, reduction with ascorbic acid yellow silicon molybdenum complex ions having a higher sensitivity silicon molybdenum blue, to compare on a spectrophotometer
Determination of color.
4 Reagents
Sulfuric acid 4.1. 1 + 7.
4.2 boric acid. 40g/L.
4.3 ammonium molybdate solution. 100g/L.
4.4 HCl. 1 + 1.
4.5 ascorbic acid solution. 25g/L.
4.6 silicon standard stock solution. Weigh 0.5000g finely pre-burning 1h at 1000 ℃, and cooled to room temperature in the dryer two
Silicon oxide (99.9%), placed in a platinum crucible, 5g of anhydrous sodium carbonate was added thereto within a platinum spoon adequate mixing at a high temperature in the furnace
950 ℃ carefully melted (about 10min), then cool, water was added to the crucible, heated slowly to dissolve completely. Cooled solution was carefully transferred
1L volumetric flask, dilute to volume, and mix. Immediately poured into a polyethylene bottle. This solution 1mL containing 0.500mg silica.
4.7 Silicon standard solution. Pipette 50.0mL silica standard stock solution (4.6) in 500mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark,
Mix well. Immediately transferred to plastic bottles. This solution 1mL containing 0.050mg silica. The solution was formulated before use now.
4.8 fluorine potassium titanate substrate solution
Weigh 0.625g excellent pure fluorine potassium titanate, after pulverized, placed in polyethylene 250mL volumetric flask, add 40 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ hot water
100mL, plus 9mL sulfuric acid (4.1), cap tightly, shake flask fluorine potassium titanate completely dissolved, boric acid was added 100mL (4.2),
Diluted with water to volume, and mix.
