foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"
drafting:
This document replaces GB/T 22561-2008 "Vacuum Heat Treatment": Compared with GB/T 22561-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial
Besides the changes, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Added the terms "vacuum working pressure" and "quenching transfer time" (see 3:4, 3:6), and deleted the term "vacuum corrosion" (see:2008
version 3:4);
b) Change the vacuum heating chamber (see 5:1:1, 5:1:1 of the:2008 edition), pressure rise rate measurement (see 5:1:5, 5:1:6 of the:2008 edition),
Vacuum furnace working volume (see 5:1:3, 5:1:4 of the:2008 edition) and "temperature measurement" "temperature uniformity and system accuracy measurement"
requirements (see 5:1:6, 5:1:7, 5:1:8 of the:2008 edition);
c) The requirements for vacuum quenching furnaces have been changed (see 5:1:11, 5:1:12 of the:2008 edition), and the calibration of vacuum detectors has been added (see
5:1:4), overload (overweight) alarm (see 5:1:13) and quenching transfer time requirements (see 5:1:14);
d) Changes to fixtures (see 6:1:3, 6:1:2:2 of the:2008 edition), vacuum pressure (see 6:2:2, 6:3:2 of the:2008 edition), tooling
Sectional preheating method (see 6:2:3, 6:3:3 of the:2008 edition), cooling medium (see 6:4:1, 5:3 of the:2008 edition), gas quenching (see
6:4:3, 6:5:2 of the:2008 edition) and requirements for baking and cleaning (see 6:5, 6:6 of the:2008 edition);
e) Added heat treatment process specifications for workpieces (see 6:14) and water quenching cooling requirements (see 6:4:4), and changed the maximum section thickness of workpieces
or diameter (see 6:3:4, 6:4:5 of the:2008 edition), the vacuum annealing heating holding time is deleted (see 6:4:4 of the:2008 edition);
f) Changed the requirements for quality control and inspection (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the:2008 edition);
g) Changed the requirements for energy consumption (see 9:2, 5:1:2 of the:2008 edition);
h) Increased personnel requirements (see Chapter 10):
