Introduction

Synthetic surface layer is currently the most widely used ground layer paving material for track and field fields. It is a large-scale comprehensive field designated by the International Federation of Athletics Associations. Track and field competitions are all set up on synthetic surface track and field venues. my country’s synthetic surface track and field venues are made of polyurethane materials or rubber and plastic materials. The production and construction paving technology is basically mature, the cost is reasonable, and the application is popular. The standards of this part are formulated to stipulate the outdoor synthetic surface course Use requirements, inspection methods and eligibility determination rules will help ensure that sports facilities can optimize the allocation of social resources under the premise of meeting the use requirements. It provides a basis for the design, construction and certification of track and field venues. This part of the standard conforms to the track and field competitions organized or approved by the International Federation of Athletics Associations and the counties (cities) organized or approved by the Chinese Athletic Association And requirements for track and field sports venues used in track and field competitions above the county (city) level.
