1 Scope
This part of GB/T 22459 specifies the refractoriness of refractory mud, high temperature flexural bond strength, room temperature flexural strength, thermal expansion rate, and guidance.
Test method such as thermal coefficient.
This section applies to refractory mud for industrial furnaces.

3 instruments
3.1 Mixer. Use the mixer specified in GB/T 22459.1 or GB/T 22459.2.
3.2 Drying box. It can meet the temperature control of (65±5) °C and (110±5) °C.
3.3 Consistency tester. Use the consistency tester specified in GB/T 22459.1 or GB/T 22459.2.
3.4 Balance. The range is.2000g and the graduation value is 1g.
3.5 Filter paper.
3.6 Tamping rod. steel, the radius of curvature of the head is about 5mm.
4 sampling
Dry powder slurry, sampled according to GB/T 4513.2 or negotiated by both parties. Sampling with a quartering or divider.
To pre-stir the mud, pour all the mud in the packaging container into a larger capacity container and mix well before sampling.
5 Fire resistance test
5.1 Dry powder mud, measure the degree of refractoriness according to the provisions of GB/T 7322.
