This standard is identical with ISO 3188. 1978 "starch and its derivatives Nitrogen Determination Kjeldahl titration" (in English), the contents of

This standard replaces GB/T 12091-1989 "starch and derivatives of nitrogen determination method."
This standard and GB/T 12091-1989 compared to major changes are as follows.

--- This standard canceled the spectrophotometer to Kjeldahl titration method for the determination;

Determination of the nitrogen content of starch and its derivatives
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the Kjeldahl titration starch and its derivatives nitrogen content.
This standard applies to the nitrogen content (mass fraction) sample is greater than the starch and its derivatives 0.01%.
Note. you have not added starch and its derivatives nitrogenous substances, nitrogen is a basic protein (or) in the form of amino acid and presence.
Note. If the product nitrogen content (mass fraction) measured less than 0.025%, press the ISO 5378 method of measurement.

3 Terms and Definitions

5 Reagents
