Marine Electrical Equipment
Album electric propulsion system
1 Scope
This standard applies to electric propulsion machinery and apparatus, and relates to the technical conditions of the following equipment, installation and testing.
--- Propulsion motor;
--- Promote the generator and its prime mover;
---Electromagnetic clutch;
--- Semiconductor convertors associated;
--- Excitation system;
--- Monitoring, measuring instruments, protective equipment and systems;
--- Wiring and cables.
This standard does not apply as an auxiliary steering gear bow thruster and stern thruster, all auxiliary generator set and by the battery supply
Electric propulsion machinery and equipment.
Note. Unless otherwise specified in this standard, otherwise, other provisions of the "Marine Electronic Equipment" IEC 60092, is also applicable to electric propulsion devices. Apply
Provisions also apply to the power system directly connected to the main electric propulsion system, electrical equipment, electrical equipment, these functions may affect the operation or propulsion of ships
Mobility of other electrical equipment.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Typically used to provide propulsion power of rotating machinery.
2.2
The power semiconductor element from one state to another state in a static apparatus.
2.3
Interaction between the magnetic field and the other rotating parts of the induced current by means of a rotating member of magnetic poles generated on the turn to pass
Moments clutch.
This magnetic field may be DC, AC permanent magnet excitation or excitation generated. This current can be induced in the squirrel-cage rotor windings or insulation
Circulation or may occur in the form of a vortex.
NOTE. the clutch wound or squirrel-cage winding secondary winding is commonly referred to as slip or electromagnetic clutch, the clutch eddy current effect is
Commonly referred to as vortex clutch.
3 critical speed and torque
3.1 for motorized propulsion motor with nominal torque should enable the maximum speed of a ship navigating within a certain time to stop or reverse, this time
Room propulsion equipment according to the manufacturer of the electrical system in the factory during maneuvering propeller torque estimated by the shipyard and power - turn
Speed \u200b\u200bcharacteristic diagram and other characteristics of the ship as determined necessary.
Note. this requirement must be reached by the Cheng Zhifang and ordering party negotiation.
