This revised standard adopts the International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM) Publication No. 12 (2001) "Guidelines for phytosanitary certificates", the main

Guidelines for phytosanitary certificates
1 Scope
This standard provides for the formulation, issuance and use of the principles and methods of phytosanitary certificates.
This standard applies to "phytosanitary certificate" or the use of domestic trade and export plants and their products.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
