Foreword
GB 21560 "low-voltage DC power supply" is divided into the following sections.
--- Part 1. Reserved;
--- Part 2. Performance characteristics (under consideration);
--- Part 3. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC);
--- Part 4. without EMC test (under consideration);
--- Part 5. Reserved;
--- Part 6. Evaluation of low-voltage DC power supply performance requirements;
--- Part 7. Safety requirements.
This is Part 3 GB 21560's. The partial modification using IEC 61204-3.2000 "low-voltage DC power supply - Part 3.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) "(in English). Edit the format of this section according to China National Standard GB/T 1.1-2000.
This part of IEC 612040-3. compared to 2000, there is a technical difference.
According to China's standards, the section in Chapter 1 of the input supply voltage range from the upper limit specified in IEC 61204-3 to no more than 600V
Not more than 660V, the output voltage range from the upper limit specified in IEC 61204-3 does not exceed more than 200V to 250V.
This section of the Appendices A and F are normative appendix, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D, Appendix E, Appendix G, Appendix H and Appendix I
Is informative appendix.
This part is proposed by the China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association.
This part of the National Science Power Electronics Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC60) centralized.
This section is drafted. Xi'an Institute of Power Electronics.

This section first release.
Low-voltage DC power supply
Part 3. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
1 Scope
This section GB 21560 specifies the power level does not exceed 30kW, the AC input or DC input voltage does not exceed 660V, DC
The output voltage does not exceed 250V various power supply unit (PSU) electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements.
Power supply unit independently, or other equipment installed in the adequate protection of the electrical and mechanical.
For the power supply unit in some special industries (such as chemicals and metallurgy) use, there may be other product EMC standards. In this case,
The executable section also perform those products EMC standards.
Many power supply unit is used as a means of involving different EMC standard large equipment, the following a) and b) shows the power and phase classification
Should the scope of EMC standards. A detailed breakdown of the power supply in Appendix A.
a) is expected to operate independently of the power supply (separate instruments)
This section applies to a unit having a direct function and the development of a power supply device, especially an independent unit on the market.
b) Components Power
It can be divided into two categories.
1) be regarded as part of the instrument supply
This section applies as if the instrument (such as facilities or intended for sale to the public) of the member power supply device EMC
Consideration required by the instrument, without considering additional EMC pre-test for its use. This does not include maintenance as spare parts
Sales of power supply device, which has been used as machine parts test.
2) expected for professional assembly/installation personnel with parts supply
This section applies to this type of power, but the end product will help to meet the different standards related to EMC requirements.
Such parts supply is expected to mount terminal products assembled by a professional staff. The end product may be sold to professional assembly
Personnel, or to serve the professional wholesale market. In both cases, the end user of the product is not only to meet its own
Duties. Assume further EMC test after assembly.
Note. The power supply components into their end products, emission values \u200b\u200bmay change (for example, due to changes in ground condition) occurs.
The purpose of this section is EMC limits and test methods for the power supply device regulations, including the possibility for other electronic devices (such as radio access
Receiver, measuring apparatus, and computer equipment) electromagnetic interference emission limits, as well as continuous, instantaneous conduction and radiation harassment harassment (including
Electrostatic discharge) electromagnetic immunity limits.
This provision is part of the electromagnetic compatibility requirements for the power supply unit minimum.
Comply with this section, no longer require additional EMC test nor necessary in this section exceeded.
