This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 21210-2007 "single-speed three-phase cage induction motor starting performance", and GB/T 21210-2007 phase
In addition to editorial changes, the main changes are as follows.
- Added terms and definitions of rated voltage and stall current (see 3.6, 3.8);
- four design parameters in accordance with IEC 60034-30-1 energy efficiency rating motors, indicated by the letter E (see Chapter 5);
--- Motor power output range from 0.4kW ~ 1600kW extended to 0.12kW ~ 1600kW, increase the corresponding eigenvalue (see
Table 1 to Table 7);
- a new division and definition of the motor power output range and its power ratings (see Table 2, Table 3);
- Increased the formula for calculating the stall current by blocking the apparent power (see 6.2);
--- cancel the original standard table 6, by the reference document (see 6.2).

Starting performance of single speed three - phase cage induction motor
1 Scope
This standard specifies the design parameters of the 50Hz or 60Hz single speed three-phase cage induction motor starting performance. The motor should be in line
IEC 60034-1 standard, and
● rated voltage does not exceed 1000V;
● direct start or star - triangular start;
● based on S1 work system;
● can have any kind of protection and explosion-proof grade.
This standard is also applicable to dual voltage motors with the same magnetic saturation at both voltages.
The torque value, apparent power and current values given by this standard are limits (minimum or maximum, no tolerance).
Note 1. This standard does not require the manufacturer to produce all of the eight designs of the motor. According to this standard, any design will be negotiated by the manufacturer and the user.
Note 2. Special purpose motors may not be in accordance with the above eight design requirements.
Note 3. It should be noted that the values given by the manufacturer on the sample may include tolerances and the tolerances shall comply with the provisions of IEC 60034-1.
Note 4. The rotors listed in the table are equivalent to the steady-state current of the symmetrical power corresponding to the rotor stall. There will be one when the motor is connected to the current
